1.3 Website Hosting Data

When you publish your portfolio site, the App stores the website HTML, selected template, and your content on our server so your website can be accessed via your public link.

• To generate your website: We use your provided data to generate your website.
• To host your website: Your website is hosted on our backend so it can be accessed publicly.
• To operate and improve the App: analytics, troubleshooting, and enhancement of user experience.
• To communicate with you: account updates, support responses, and important notices.
• Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored in our backend using secure cloud infrastructure. This includes your resume information, chosen template, and generated website files.

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, or until you request deletion.

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase: database storage (user data, website files).
• Hosting Providers: used to serve your generated website.
• Analytics Providers: (optional) help us understand usage patterns.

We do not sell your data. We only share information necessary to operate the App.

• With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, database, analytics).
